Ossava’s Vision

Ossava develops temporary, bioresorbable joint stabilisation devices designed to bridge the gap between injury or instability and rehabilitation.
Our implants provide short-term mechanical support for patients who are poor surgical candidates yet too vulnerable to safely engage in physiotherapy. By stabilising the joint during early recovery, Ossava enables patients to begin controlled rehabilitation, progressively reducing mechanical load and dependency as the device naturally degrades. This approach offers clinicians a temporising option that supports function, reduces pain, and avoids the long-term risks of permanent implants.
